The Privacy declaration AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation as part of the General Data Protection GDP (version September 2018)

In order to supply services, the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation processes personal data. These are data that are related to natural persons. The processing of these personal data takes place with the utmost care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection (GDP) as well as at the moment of processing current national laws and rules. The GDP requires that the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation gives a clear understanding of the way personal data are processed, including the nature of the personal data, the legal foundation and the purpose of the data processing and the rights the persons involved can execute.The AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation will evaluate its privacy policy from time to time, to check if the policy is still up to date.

The AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation processes the following personal data:

Particular personal data: No particular personal data are processed.

Reason for processing
The AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation processes the personal data exclusively if:
0 the person involved whose data it concerns has given permission
0 or processing is required for the execution of an agreement the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation has made with the person involved
0 or the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation has a legal obligation to observe
0 or a justified interest of the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation, which also includes bringing the activities of the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation under the attention of the person involved.

Purpose of processing
The afore mentioned personal data are used for the following aims:

0 marketing, promotion, advertisements, sending news letters
0 e-mail contact
0 execution of legal obligations

Sharing personal data with third parties
In principle the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation does not supply your data to third parties. It will only share with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement made with you or to comply with legal obligations.

Period of retaining your personal data
The AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation will not retain the collected personal data longer than is strictly required, or legally regulated to achieve the goals for which the data were collected. For this we employ the following periods for retaining data:
Legal grounds: the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation applies the legal period for retaining data.
Sending news letters and/or advertisements: until renewal is required.
At all times the person involved has the right to object to the use of his or her personal data for “marketing purposes”, sending of news letters or commercials. This may be done by phone or e-mail to maud.verheij@lombok.nl After that the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation will no longer use the data of the person involved for those purposes.

Protection of personal data processed by the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation
The AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation takes very seriously the protection of your personal data and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted publication and unauthorized changes. If you have the impression that your data are not protected sufficiently or that there are indications of abuse, do contact the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation.
In the unlikely event of a data leak, the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation will take all necessary steps to limit the consequences of that leak as much as possible. In the case of a privacy risk the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation will inform the Authority Personal Data within 72 hours. If damaging consequences are to be foreseen for the persons involved the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation will immediately contact these persons involved.

Right to demand access, correction, limitation and removal; right of complaint

Withdrawing your permission
You have the right to withdraw your permission with regard to above mentioned processing of personal data, as long as this is not contrary to other legislation (as e.g. data which are required for financial administration), or it does not unnecessarily violate the fundamental rights of the AllKidsShouldPlay Foundation, like the right of freedom of speech and information (including artistic and journalisict freedom).
